We enjoyed our family stay with beautiful views from our Premier Lagoon View room and the tranquil setting by the beach. The kids loved the meals, especially from the kids menu with tasty options even for the young at heart. We appreciated the spacious rooms and the 24-hour room service.
The facilities showed their age with some maintenance issues.

The fine views from the lagoon view room were a highlight of the stay, offering a serene backdrop, made relaxation easy. The staff, particularly at the reception, were efficient and accommodating. The dining options were quite disappointing, with subpar food quality that fell well below expectations. The noise level was bothersome, as sound carried significantly through the hotel, detracting from an otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the pool area lacked sufficient sun loungers.
